A little
history... beginning in 1975, Buddy Gendrano started Buddy Gendrano,
Inc. after realizing that wood engineering, his field of study, was not
paying the rent. His wife Melga, then an elementary school teacher,
soon joined him full-time and together they were quite a team!
Together they
have seen Oahu's real estate market in its ups and downs and have
closed thousands of transactions and have made many residents and
property owners very happy.
Flash forward
to 2003 - Gendrano Realty has become KFG Properties, Inc., K for Kevin
and F for Frances - named after Buddy and Melga's 2 children, now grown
and ready to take over the company. As you can see, KFG is truly a
family at the core of its business. Our agents are our family, and our
clients become family too!
